Toning exercises are physical exercises that are used with the aim of developing a physique with a large emphasis on musculature. In this context, the term toned implies leanness in the body, noticeable muscle definition and shape, but not significant muscle size. HIIT is the number one most effective way to burn body fat. It's an intense aerobic method that includes sprinting or tabata-styled workouts designed to condition the body in less time than steady state low intensity cardio. Living a healthy lifestyle can help prevent chronic diseases and long-term illnesses. Feeling good about yourself and taking care of your health are important for your self-esteem and self-image. Maintain a healthy lifestyle by doing what is right for your body. All girl community is a great way to have fun and socialise. Group exercise has many activities that fall into it, all of which can be put into one of nine categories; dance, dance fitness, cardio, strength & conditioning, holistic (think stretching, strengthening, mindfulness and meditation) water workouts and multi-fitness.

Like many fitness coaches, I have definitely learnt a lot along the way and also appreciate that everyones struggles are different. I have suffered low points with my mental health and can understand the first few steps are hard.
